Hi, I’m Kara!

I'm so glad you're here.

I'm a certified nutrition and wellness coach, but honestly? I'm just someone who's been in the trenches and found my way out. I know what it's like to feel stuck, overwhelmed, and like you're living someone else's version of "healthy."

My mission is pretty simple: help you discover what you're truly capable of, build real confidence, and create a life that feels sustainable and yours—not some rigid plan you found on the internet.

Wellness is about so much more than what's on your plate. It's your mental health, your sleep, how you move, the relationships you nurture, and your spiritual connection. It's the small, consistent choices you make every single day that add up to a life you actually want to live.

I'm not going to pretend I've always had it figured out. I've struggled with anxiety, disordered eating, depression, OCD and that exhausting need to make everyone else happy. But through therapy, movement, and a whole lot of personal work, I learned to take back control. Walking, Pilates, yoga, stretching—these became my tools for managing stress and showing up with purpose and energy.

These days, I'm focused on practicing what I teach: staying rooted in my faith, showing up consistently with my nutrition and movement, always learning, and kicking procrastination and imposter syndrome to the curb (okay, still working on that last one).

I believe in being real with you—because you deserve someone who gets it and who's walking this path right alongside you.
